Refund policy

Scope

This policy covers paid Netappsync learning seats and studios arranged through our enrollment process. Browsing the website is free. Because payments are not processed on this site, refunds are handled against the invoice method used at enrollment.

Eligibility and timeframe

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and no live sessions have begun. Requests received 13 to 7 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of tuition paid. Requests within 6 days of start, or after the first live session, are generally ineligible for refund except as noted under exceptions.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refunds require unused access credentials and return of any distributed downloadable materials if requested. Partial refunds apply when preparation work has already been allocated but live delivery has not started. Self-paced Ledger Walk seats may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of modules have been opened.

Non-refundable items

Custom scenario design fees for Resilience Studio, third-party tool licenses purchased on your behalf, completed private Q&A sessions, and administrative bank transfer fees are non-refundable once work has started or fees have been incurred.

Refund process

Email contact@netappsync.digital with your full name, company, program name, invoice number, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a decision within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days. We do not issue cash refunds at the Seoul office.

Cancellation by Netappsync

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort. We are not responsible for travel or third-party costs you arrange independently.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill refunds for documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service that prevent participation, subject to verification. Statutory rights under Korean consumer law that cannot be waived remain available where they apply.
